About Casework	English (USA)
BIROC Casework is a confidential discussion group for those members in the UK who are involved in supporting other IWW members with disciplinaries, grievances and Employment Tribunals, as well as general issues around day-to-day representation and the role of the companion. It is a means for those members to get advice and tips from their fellow workers in dealing with casework and to gain a better understanding of UK employment law. We emphasise strict confidentiality on this list and ask that all casework discussed is only done so with the permission of the member concerned. We also ask that names and other means of identifying those members whose cases are being discussed are deleted from any correspondence to this list. Using Casework
To post a message to all the list members, send email to casework@lists.iww.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Casework
Subscribe to Casework by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you.
